metallization systems. This is a PVD deposition technique in which a high-intensity current passes through a metal resistor that holds the material to be deposited.<\/p><p data-start=\"318\" data-end=\"607\">The intense heat generated causes the material to sublimate into vapor, which then reaches the substrate.
