Test-Met is Arzuffi’s new series of high-vacuum coating systems specifically designed for laboratories, research and development (R&D), sampling activities, or small-batch production. Characterized by an extremely compact structure and ease of use, these systems feature a minimal design and are highly energy efficient.

They are capable of performing various processes, including coatings through evaporation and/or magnetron sputtering, offering the flexibility needed to adapt to the customer’s specific requirements in terms of chamber size and planetary design.

For small batches, Test-Met is the ideal solution. It is a system particularly in demand by multinational companies that, in order to avoid interrupting production with the resulting drop in productivity and revenue, need a quick and simple way to coat product samples or to verify paint color and adhesion.

The model equipped with thermal evaporation (TEST-MET EV) is also used to check whether injected plastic parts are perfectly glossy, since the aluminum metallization process highlights any mold defects.
