For over thirty years, Arzuffi has been designing, manufacturing, and installing thermal evaporation metallization systems. This is a PVD deposition technique in which a high-intensity current passes through a metal resistor that holds the material to be deposited.

The intense heat generated causes the material to sublimate into vapor, which then reaches the substrate. As this is a high-vacuum technique, the particles travel quickly and without obstacles to the substrate, even when the distance between the source and the substrate is considerable.

The product lines and possible configurations we offer include: AM/KW, Speed-Met, and Hor-Met.

Batch Manual Solution

For high-volume production and complex components, the AM-KW system is the best solution. We can provide four different configurations, which vary in technical details such as the size of the thermal evaporation chamber. The technology employed is fully eco-friendly and ensures easier system management.

Speed-Met

The Speed-Met thermal evaporation system uses a standard metallization process with a fast cycle, delivering consistently high-quality results for every treatment. The proposed single-fixture configuration (Single Planet) ensures the processing of large-sized products.

Hor-Met

Batch Manual Solution

Hor-Met is a thermal evaporation metallization system that can also be equipped with sputtering and reactive sputtering technologies. The system features an ergonomic layout and is suitable for the production of large-sized substrates. It offers a variety of coating processes as well as deposition technologies.
