The Hor-Met high-vacuum metallization system is an ergonomic solution for large-sized substrates.
What distinguishes it from other Arzuffi configurations is the ability to metallize bulky products that would be more difficult to load in vertical systems. This machine features an ergonomic layout and can be prepared for future installation of sputtering and reactive sputtering devices.
Hor-Met offers a wide range of possible coating processes:
Ion etching
Base coat and top coat PECVD (HMDSO)
Thermal evaporation
AHC (Arzuffi Hard Coating)
SiO₂
Regarding the installed technology: medium frequency, Advanced Jet System (with in-chamber cryotrap), and advanced deposition process.
