The Nitidus Touch system is a compact high-vacuum batch chamber machine, designed to apply transparent easy-to-clean coatings on decorative PVD-coated components.

This solution stands out for its ability to shorten production cycles: three traditional PVD cycles can be replaced by a single Nitidus cycle, significantly boosting productivity. The ergonomic double-door design and the capacity for six frames (the same used in standard PVD machines) ensure efficient batch handling and seamless integration into existing production environments.

Available technologies include:

• Thermal evaporation

• Magnetron sputtering

• PECVD (transparent protective coatings)

• Glow discharge (pre-treatment)

The system is equipped with three turbomolecular pumps, a dry vacuum system, and advanced control via Siemens PLC with HMI interface and remote connection.

With the Nitidus Touch coating, surfaces achieve outstanding resistance to wear, chemicals, and aging, while maintaining long-lasting anti-fingerprint and easy-to-clean properties.
