The Smart-Met in-line coating machine is an automated system that enables ultra-fast execution of a high-vacuum metallization cycle.

The system employs different coating processes:

• Ionic discharge

• PECVD base coat / top coat (HMDSO)

• Sputtering / reactive sputtering

• AHC (Arzuffi hard coating)

With a cycle time of no more than 50 seconds, the system is perfectly suited for continuous flow production. The main advantage of Smart-Met lies in its full automation and the ability to use the same tray throughout the entire production line.
