Our history
Arzuffi, founded in 1986, has established itself as a leading manufacturer of high vacuum systems for thin film deposition, with more than 750 systems distributed across the globe. Our offerings include state-of-the-art PVD technologies capable of passing stringent specification tests required by different industries.

Our processes
Arzuffi machines can integrate several technologies, such as thermal evaporation, magnetron sputtering or a combination of the two, while incorporating pre or post treatment technologies such as plasma etching (DC or MF) and plasma polymerization.

Our technical support provision includes installation, production start-up support, operator and process engineers training, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, internet-based service support and prompt on-site assistance. Green Technology
Arzuffi metallization and sputtering systems are environmentally friendly and sustainable because the process takes place at ambient temperature, without the use of water or the release of harmful chemicals. PVD is an alternative to traditional electroplating and contributes to the reduction of environmental pollution and human health.
